Great location, 5 minutes walk to a bus stop where you can get the C3 or C13 bus to Lyon Part Dieu rail station in 20 minutes. Good base for exploring along the river and old town. Lots of places at the doorstep to eat and drink and many shops nearby. Reception was very efficient and nice and let us leave bags there pre-check in. The room was a good size with a small desk, wardrobe and massive, comfortable, bed. Bathroom also good size. I particularly liked that shampoo, conditioner and soap was provided in refillable dispensers. Also liked the notes about suggesting you don't request daily cleaning and new towels for environmental reasons. There was AC which was a relief as it was blooming hot outside. Our window had a nice view of the cafe square below. We would stay here again.

The location is fantastic - surrounded by excellent bouchon and restaurants, and five minutes walk to the metro. The rooms are small but clean, and beautifully appointed for a couple, with lovely bathrooms and windows that open broadly for fresh air and sunshine. The hotel offers free filtered water and has a coffee machine in the room and in the lobby, and offers a decent breakfast (again, helmed by lovely staff) for a minimal price. We'll stay here again when we visit Lyon - the location and staff make it one of the best hotel experiences we had in France.

Room was excellent and very clean. The bed was very comfortable and with very welcome air conditioning. The staff were open, friendly, helpful and welcoming. They were happy to recommend local restaurants , give directions etc. The hotel is very eco friendly providing free chilled plain/sparkling water and coffee. Glass bottles are provided so that you can take water to your room. Location was fantastic in the city centre.

We needed a hotel in the heart of Lyon to attend a funeral. It was very easy to get to by bus from the train station and the staff were very helpful keeping our luggage after checkout for the day until we could come and collect it. It was nice to have complimentary coffee and water in the lobby. Our original room was too noisy and the manager organised a transfer to another room smoothly and quickly.

The staff is responsive and friendly. It is very convenient for guests that they can use free coffee and juice throughout the day.
